1-2-1 Personal Training and Small Group Sessions
Do you feel as though your swim stroke is letting you down?
Do you struggle with hill-climbing on your bike?
Do you have difficulty pacing yourself during a race?
Do you want to learn some running drills?
If the answer to any of these questions is YES, or if there is some other aspect of your training or racing that you feel could benefit from some directed coaching, then book a 1-2-1 session with me.
Alternatively, I can offer small group sessions during which I can give you guidance on the content of different types of sessions, such as pacing, strength, speed, endurance, to help you get the most out of the time you have available for training.
These services are suitable for both multi-sport and single-sport athletes in swimming (pool or open water), cycling and running.

Public Swim and Spin Sessions

Swim Video Analysis
I can now video your swim stroke. Along with your footage I will provide a detailed verbal and written analysis and advice about how to correct any issues with your technique. I can do this during a 1-2-1 personal training session or for a group. If you are interested in this then please contact me.
